1. General Policy
Unless due to incorrect delivery or damaged products, all sales are final and non-refundable, and goods are not eligible for exchange.
2. Step 1: Request for Return
If you wish to return the product within three days of delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at 011-56763750 and provide your order details.
3. Damaged Products
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the box for any damage incurred during transit. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear and tear; however, if the contents inside are damaged, please retain the box, packing materials, and the product, and contact us immediately. Any damage reported more than two days after receipt of the goods will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Step 2: Return Process
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging (unaltered product, intact shrink wrap, and anti-counterfeit code). The product must be returned within five days of your notification to us about the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing the return.

You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We will refund the shipping fee to your account up to MYR 10 for returns within Malaysia.

Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed on the official Sinderella Aesthetic & Tattoo Parlor online store will be reviewed within 24 hours. Production and shipping will occur within 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
- All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Services
Our website offers the following delivery services within Malaysia:
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping for West Malaysia for orders with a net purchase amount of MYR 100 or more.
- For orders with a net purchase amount under MYR 100, a shipping fee of MYR 7 will be charged for West Malaysia.
- For East Malaysia, shipping fees are based on weight, with the initial weight costing RM 15.
Please ensure the complete and accurate delivery address is provided. Each order can only be shipped to one address. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will deliver to the specified address within 3-7 working days. Orders to remote areas may require an additional 1-2 working days.
Orders are processed and shipped only on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Delivery times may be extended during holidays or extreme weather conditions.
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. The store is not responsible for incorrect addresses on the order.
If you are unable to receive your package for personal reasons, please contact our customer service for arrangements.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
4. Order Tracking and Address Changes
A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon shipping.
If an address change is needed after the package has been shipped, please contact the courier customer service directly to make arrangements. Any additional fees incurred must be covered by the customer.
If you are unable to receive your package for personal reasons, please contact the courier customer service directly. If multiple delivery attempts fail, your order may be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
